1. Overview

At Varenno, we offer a 30-day refund request period starting from the date your order is delivered.

This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested, how refund claims are reviewed, and how approved refunds are processed.

Varenno does not require customers to physically return products. When a refund is approved, customers may keep or responsibly dispose of the item without sending it back.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

2. Refund eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving their order for any of the following reasons:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

• The customer received an incorrect product.

• The order was not delivered within the maximum stated delivery period.

• The customer is dissatisfied with the product and submits a refund request within the eligible period, accompanied by a photograph of the item.

To request a refund, customers must contact contact@varenno.com and provide their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable.

Photographs are not required for orders that have not been delivered or for the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.

Requests are reviewed individually. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

3. Products excluded from voluntary refunds

The following products are excluded from our voluntary 30-day refund policy:

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Personal hygiene products with broken or removed hygiene seals.

These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights relating to defective, incorrectly described, or otherwise nonconforming products.

Statutory withdrawal rights and their applicable exceptions are addressed separately below.

4. No physical returns required

Varenno operates a no-physical-return refund procedure.

Customers are not required to send products to Varenno, its suppliers, or any third party to obtain an approved refund.

Once a refund is approved, the customer may keep the product or dispose of it responsibly.

No physical return shipment is necessary.

5. Refund processing

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, Varenno will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

Where mandatory consumer law requires a shorter refund deadline, that deadline will apply.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

The billing descriptor appearing on card statements is Varenno.

6. Undelivered orders

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

The estimated delivery period is 5 to 25 business days after dispatch.

If an order has not been delivered within 25 business days after dispatch, customers may contact contact@varenno.com to request assistance and a refund.

Varenno will investigate the delivery status and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where the order has not been delivered within the stated maximum delivery period.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to late or failed delivery.

7. European Union and United Kingdom right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Where an order is delivered in separate shipments, the withdrawal period generally runs from receipt of the final item.

To exercise this right, customers must communicate a clear statement of withdrawal to contact@varenno.com before the applicable deadline.

Customers exercising this statutory right do not need to provide photographs or justify their decision.

Varenno waives the requirement to physically return the goods. Customers may keep or responsibly dispose of the products after receiving confirmation of their withdrawal.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, Varenno will reimburse the payments received for the relevant goods, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law. Any supplementary charges resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the valid withdrawal notice, unless mandatory law establishes a different applicable requirement.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

The applicable law determines the scope of these exceptions.

8. Germany: Widerrufsbelehrung

Right of withdrawal

Consumers residing in Germany have the right to withdraw from eligible distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

For orders involving multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Varenno of the decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement sent to:

The customer may use the model withdrawal form below, but doing so is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, Varenno will reimburse all payments received for the relevant purchase, including standard delivery charges where required by law.

Additional charges resulting from the customer's selection of a delivery option more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Reimbursement will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after Varenno receives the withdrawal declaration.

The refund will be made using the same payment method employed for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Varenno does not require the physical return of products following withdrawal. Customers may keep or responsibly dispose of the goods.

9. Statutory consumer protections

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Customers may be entitled to statutory remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or nonconforming goods even after the voluntary 30-day refund request period has expired.
